Here we are at City of the Rocks State Park. We have an amazing camping spot. Our nearest neighbors are a ways away.
This would be paradise if you were a kid. We must still be kids because every night we climb around and through the rocks. There are tunnels and hidden rooms. It is great fun.
Yesterday it was nice and cloudy for a change. This kept the temps a little cooler. It was perfect in fact.
Today we are roasting. Our camp space has a great shady area under trees just behind the trailer.
When it is hot like this I have found Gin & Tonic to be the perfect drink.
Tomorrow we are headed for higher ground in the Gila National Forest.
I want to wish all you mothers a Happy Mothers Day just in case we are not within a WI-FI area on Sunday.
One more thing. On Sunday we camped at a Park in Deming New Mexico. There was a sign on the bathroom mirror that said, Please do not put your depends in the bathroom trash, please put them in the trash outside. Times...they are a changin....
